Refund & Cancellation

Our cancellation windows are designed to be fair to both customers and chauffeurs.

Cancellation window

  • More than 12 hours before pickup — free cancellation, full refund of any advance.
  • Between 12 and 4 hours before pickup — 25% of fare may be charged to cover driver allocation.
  • Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show — up to 50% of the fare may be charged.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Changes

Date, time and pickup-address changes are free if requested at least 4 hours before the trip. Please WhatsApp or call us directly for any modification.
